Crabs deteriorate very quickly after they are harvested.

That's why at Hanuri, we are very particular about life.

In Hanuri, it is said to be alive even if the shell is removed and soaked in soy sauce.

At Hanuri, crabs that only twitch slightly are not considered alive.

Even at Uogashi, the price drops by one-third when the fish become twitchy.

Hanuri does not serve food that has been pickled for more than two days.So even if it's in stock, it's fresh.

It doesn't taste fishy, so there's no need to add herbs to the soy sauce sauce.
